xx6 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on xx6 (accessible at xx6.run), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and xx6. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the xx6 website, mobile site and app. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and should be read alongside these terms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of xx6 following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. xx6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use xx6, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xx6 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or commercial registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, CNIC number, phone number and email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or contractor of xx6 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not already hold an existing xx6 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

xx6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This includes a copy of your CNIC and, where required, proof of address or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Rules and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx6 login credentials. Do not share your password, one-time passcode (OTP) or account access with any other person. xx6 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xx6 support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. xx6 is not liable for losses that occurred before you reported the breach.

• Account balances (real money and bonus funds) are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to another player's account.
• You may not use your xx6 account for any purpose other than personal gaming and entertainment.
• Accounts showing signs of suspicious activity — including unusually structured deposits, withdrawal patterns inconsistent with gaming activity, or suspected money laundering — will be flagged and may be suspended pending review.
• xx6 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following reasonable notification attempts to the registered email address.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on xx6 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your xx6 account balance in real time in most cases. Delays caused by your payment provider, network issues or bank processing times are outside xx6's control. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals require completed identity verification (CNIC confirmation) before they can be processed. This is a one-time requirement per account.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. If this is not possible, xx6 will contact you to agree an alternative method.
• xx6 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside xx6's control.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must comply with their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• xx6 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. These checks are standard and are not an indication of wrongdoing.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

xx6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the general terms set out here as well as the specific terms of that promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. xx6 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility or limit promotional participation for accounts that display patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if wagering is not completed in time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real money balance resulting from completed wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through new account registrations will result in account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are listed on each promotion.

06 Gameplay and Fair Play

These providers use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all outcomes are genuinely random and not predetermined. xx6 does not alter or influence game outcomes.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in games or the platform to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through an exploited error are not eligible for withdrawal and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino formats.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform rules.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

In cases where a game malfunction occurs — such as a disconnection during a live casino hand or a slot spin not completing due to a technical fault — the standard resolution is to void the round and return the stake to your balance. Game provider decisions on malfunction resolution are final.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The xx6 sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and other sports. Bets are accepted on the markets displayed at the time of placement. All odds are shown in PKR-equivalent format. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable odds and market rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are only available in limited circumstances, such as an event being cancelled before it starts or a clear data feed error affecting the displayed odds.
• For cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — standard ICC match rules apply. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other conditions, settled markets will follow the revised result. Abandoned matches where no result is possible will typically be settled as void.
• xx6 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate insider information or match-fixing. Bets placed on suspended markets after the suspension will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets exceeding the maximum payout limit will be settled at the published maximum.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds update in real time. Bets accepted during live play are subject to the score and situation at the time of acceptance as confirmed by the platform's data feed.

08 Responsible Gaming

xx6 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. We believe that gaming should be fun and within your personal budget. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings section:

• Your CNIC number, name, date of birth and contact details are collected for identity verification and account security purposes only.
• Transaction data — including deposit and withdrawal history — is retained as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension and Closure

xx6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
• The account shows patterns of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a player breach of these terms, any balance — including real money funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach (for example, xx6 ceasing to operate in a given market), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out following standard withdrawal verification, provided no bonus conditions remain unfulfilled.

12 Changes to These Terms

xx6 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus rules or account eligibility — registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of xx6 after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any verified real money balance.
